Terms of supply

How wholesale orders work.

Catalog pages, price lists, and this website are an invitation to trade. A wholesale order becomes binding only when both sides confirm styles, sizes, price, freight, and delivery in writing.

Minimums

Production orders start at 100 pairs. Mixed styles and sizes are available. Sample kits are separate from the production minimum and are arranged on request.

Timing

Standard production time is 3–5 weeks, depending on order size and any custom branding. We confirm a ship window before production starts.

Customization

Custom embossing, inner-sole stamping, white-label branding, and retail packaging are available on volume tiers. Those details are quoted with the order, not assumed from the catalog.

Freight

Orders can move by express air freight or bulk ocean freight. We prepare the export documents for the shipment. Risk, title, and freight terms are the ones named in the order confirmation.

Quality

Each pair is checked for stitching, fit uniformity, and sole adhesion before it leaves the workshop. If a shipment does not match the confirmed order, write to sales@sugeyperezsandals.com with photos within a reasonable receiving window and we will review it.
